r*'s only purpose is sell the shark cards so all is stacked in that way. I went ahead and followed the sheeple who bought into the hype of becoming a CEO, and bought the cheapest office 1illion no upgrades, no point wasting more money and medium warehouse on the far bottom right of the map for 880k thinking I'll make my money back, you might over time with help from others but there's always a risk of that clown who messes everything up for you or if you're in a crowded server they will kill you. Don't forget about the upgrades, christ on his throne, they'll cost you. Enemies will spawn next to you to take your stuff, most of the time your shipments are stolen and have to get them back from the thieves who stole it.
If you play by yourself you can only get one create at a time, on top of a time limit. You have to pay your assistence $300 a day on top of utilities and depending how many offices/warehouses you have. Too many restrictions, everything cost a pretty little penny.
